Ben Hamilton

Technical Support: Ben has been working with Evolution Marketing Services since October 2008 and is a highly skilled and valuable member of the team.  Ben will asssit you with all technical support using remote support.  Remote support is the ability to log in to your system(with permission) to understand a problem and gently guide you through to a solution.  Ben has exceptional communication skills and is able to work through complex technical issues with simple language, humour and optimism.  Ben can support your business in several ways:

  • Ad-hoc support (billed in 30 minute intervals)
  • A service agreement (click here for further information)
  • Project support: Evolution Marketing will provide 30 days of free support following an implementation or roll-out of the product.  Ben will make sure that all technical issues are tidy at the end of of project.

Katrina Retallick

Katrina will assist with all training requirments when you work with Evolution Marketing Services.  Katrina can assist with training in several ways:

  • Ad-hoc training via remote support (billed in 60 minute intervals)
  • Training within your work place (we will provide a quote for this service)
  • Public training; the next training morning is February 24th, 2009.

Katrina also has skills with a program called Swift Page. Swift Page can assist with email marketing campaigns and Katrina will develop a campaign and track the results.  We love this software and encourage you to contact Katrina to think about using email marketing within your business.  Download the free trial from this website to check out the program.

Sue Leon  

Office Administrator.  Sue is the heart and soul of Evolution Marketing Services.  She has been working with Darren since 2004 and has been integral in growing and developing the business.  Sue will touch base with you when you want to start working with Evolution Marketing Services and will guide you through the process.  She will help manage your account with us and also make sure that you are in contact with the appropriate person on the team.  Sue is available from Monday to Thursday from 9am to 2pm.

Tracey Bone

Assistant Administrator, Tracey assists Sue in all aspects of the business administration.  Tracey has been a part of the EMS team since August 2008 and has been learning all aspects of the administration of the business.  Tracey will assist you in any way possible from Tuesday through to Friday from 9am to 2pm.
